Let’s meetup for Ship Wrek!
Ship Wrek: Bass-Driven House for the Modern Dancefloor
Ship Wrek is a Los Angeles–based electronic duo known for their explosive blend of tech house, bass house, and high-energy club rhythms. The project is led by producer Tripp Churchill, who originally formed Ship Wrek as a solo act before evolving into a powerhouse collaborative project that has earned millions of streams and global DJ support.
Their breakout came with tracks like “Mirror Mirror,” “Pain,” and “Strangers,” records that became staple weapons for major festival DJs. In 2020, Ship Wrek teamed up with Dillon Francis for the viral hit “It’s My Birthday,” which further propelled them into international recognition and heavy rotation on dance radio.
Ship Wrek’s signature sound—tight drums, gritty basslines, and crowd-shaking drops—earned them releases on leading dance labels including Insomniac Records, Atlantic, and Musical Freedom. Their remix work spans artists such as Major Lazer, The Chainsmokers, and Galantis, solidifying their reputation as go-to creators for dance-floor-ready edits.
They have performed at major festivals and clubs across the U.S., including EDC, Beyond Wonderland, and Countdown, while receiving support from industry giants like Tiesto, Jauz, and DJ Snake. With a rapidly growing fanbase and a consistent stream of club weapons, Ship Wrek continues to push the boundaries of modern house music.
