Rommii (pronounced “Row-mee”) is a Mexican-American DJ, producer, and rising star in the electronic music world, hailing from San Diego, California. With a sound that blends nostalgic house grooves, stutter-house rhythms, and deeply emotive melodies, he’s quickly become one of the most compelling voices on the dance floor.
One of his breakthrough tracks, “What We Had Was Real”, resonated with audiences around the globe—so much so that it reached the top 10 on Diplo’s Revolution radio. In 2024, Rommii teamed up with platinum artist Dev on his emotional hit “Deep End,” released via Proximity. The track combines Dev’s ethereal vocals with Rommii’s layered, sentimental production, earning praise across dance communities.
He has built an impressive performance resume, including sets at EDC Las Vegas, Lost in Dreams, and UBBI DUBBI, which have helped solidify his reputation as an artist who delivers both emotionally and sonically on stage. His debut EP, multihued, has racked up over 10 million streams, showcasing his ability to craft deeply immersive dance music.
