DJ Pauly D: From Jersey Shore Star to Global DJ
Pauly D, widely known as DJ Pauly D, is an American DJ, producer, and television personality who rose to worldwide fame through the hit reality series Jersey Shore. Born Paul DelVecchio Jr. in Providence, Rhode Island, Pauly D built his career spinning hip-hop and electronic dance music in nightclubs long before becoming a household name.
After the success of Jersey Shore, Pauly D leveraged his popularity into a thriving music career. He released singles such as Beat Dat Beat (It’s Time to), Night of My Life, and Back to Love, collaborating with artists like Jay Sean. His high-energy DJ style blends hip-hop, dance, and club anthems designed for massive party atmospheres.
Pauly D became the first cast member of Jersey Shore to secure a solo record deal, signing with 50 Cent’s G‑Unit Records. He has also toured with major artists including Britney Spears on her Femme Fatale Tour, introducing his DJ sets to huge arena crowds.
Beyond touring, Pauly D has held long-running residencies in Las Vegas at premier venues and continues to headline clubs and festivals worldwide.
