Riot Ten: Unleashing the Dubstep Revolution
In the sonic battleground of dubstep, Riot Ten, born Christopher Wilson, stands as a formidable commander, orchestrating bass-heavy mayhem and unleashing a revolution within the genre. Hailing from El Paso, Texas, Riot Ten’s journey began in the mosh pits of punk and metal shows, providing the foundation for his relentless and energetic approach to dubstep production.
Riot Ten’s breakout moment came with the explosive track “Rail Breaker,” catapulting him into the dubstep limelight. Subsequent hits like “Headbusta” and collaborations with fellow heavyweights such as Sullivan King and Krimer solidified his presence in the bass music scene. His signature sound, characterized by bone-rattling drops and aggressive beats, has become synonymous with high-energy performances that leave crowds in awe.
A trailblazer in his own right, Riot Ten’s impact extends beyond the studio and stage. His achievements include remixing tracks for major artists like Steve Aoki and gaining support from industry giants such as Excision and Zeds Dead. With a relentless touring schedule that includes major festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) and Lost Lands, Riot Ten continues to reign as a driving force in the dubstep revolution, captivating fans with his unbridled sonic onslaught.
