Peekaboo: Architect of the Modern Minimal Bass Sound
Peekaboo is an American DJ and producer known for his dark, minimalist approach to bass music, blending dubstep, trap, and experimental sound design into a style that has become instantly recognizable. He broke through with standout tracks such as “Here With Me,” “Babatunde,” “Maniac,” and “Work of the Devil,” which earned widespread support across the bass music community and heavy rotation in festival sets.
His music has been released on influential labels including Deadbeats, Wakaan, and OWSLA, where his productions helped define the darker, more restrained side of modern bass music.
