Sub Zero Project: Masters of Hardstyle Innovation
Sub Zero Project, the powerhouse duo of Thomas Velderman and Nigel Coppen, have redefined the hardstyle genre with their explosive sound and unmatched creativity. Hailing from the Netherlands, the pair burst onto the scene in 2014 with their debut track “Madman,” quickly earning recognition for their raw energy and futuristic approach.
Their signature style, combining aggressive kicks with cinematic melodies, catapulted them to global fame. Tracks like “The Project” and “Our Church” became instant anthems, with the latter earning widespread acclaim as the official Defqon.1 anthem in 2018. Their collaboration with Timmy Trumpet on “Rockstar” further showcased their versatility, blending hardstyle with mainstream appeal.
Sub Zero Project’s live performances are a spectacle of energy and innovation, featuring custom visuals and groundbreaking stage setups. They’ve graced the main stages of major festivals, including Defqon.1, Tomorrowland, and EDC, solidifying their reputation as one of the genre’s most electrifying acts.
Accolades include winning Best Hardstyle Act at the 2019 Hard Dance Awards and multiple chart-topping releases on Beatport. With their relentless passion for pushing boundaries, Sub Zero Project continues to lead hardstyle into a bold and exciting future, captivating fans worldwide with every beat.
