Chippy Nonstop is a Canadian DJ, rapper, producer, and cultural force known for her fearless energy, genre-blurring sound, and commitment to making nightlife more inclusive. Originally born in Dubai and raised between Zambia and Toronto, Chippy carved her place in the underground scene with a bold mix of club, rap, global bass, and house music.
Her breakout came with tracks like “Bubble Up” and “Money Dance”, which showcased her fiery vocals and genre-defiant production.
Co-founder of Intersessions, an initiative focused on providing DJ workshops for women, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC communities, Chippy has used her platform to uplift marginalized voices in music. Her 2021 collaborative album ‘Gnarly’ with dj genderfluid was praised for its futuristic rave energy and raw authenticity.
