Ranger Trucco: From Midwest Roots to House-Floor Rising Star
Ranger Trucco grew up in rural Traverse City, Michigan — far from nightlife hubs — but never let geography stop his dreams of music. Fascinated by electronic music festivals in his youth, he eventually moved to Los Angeles and committed to music full-time, studying production (at the renown Icon Collective) before diving into the house scene.
He first gained widespread attention in 2020 when he sent his demo “Tiffany” to Space Yacht and was invited onto their “Tech My House” livestream; that track launched his career, leading to a debut two-track EP and the song “FTP.” Ranger quickly followed up with the 2021 EP Pretty Girls and its standout track “Pretty Girls,” which showcased his signature blend of tech-house beats and catchy vocal hooks.
In 2025 he released the single D.A.N. (Dance All Night) — a disco-infused house anthem that underscored his evolving sound and growing presence on global dancefloors. Beyond releasing originals, Ranger launched his own label and events brand, range., to retain creative control and support rising artists.
Known for his vibrant energy, emotive vocals, and groovy basslines, Ranger has become one of the fastest-rising names in modern house music — transforming from small-town enthusiast to respected producer, label-head, and tastemaker.
