Hard Summer After Party with JSTJR f2f Beauz (360° Stage) @ Exchange LA (21+)
Let’s meetup for JSTJR f2f Beauz!
JSTJR: Global Bass Innovator and Rave Ambassador
James S. T. Jr., better known as JSTJR (pronounced “gesture”), is a Los Angeles–based DJ and producer originally raised in Boston and New Hampshire. Fusing global rhythms—baile funk, zouk bass, moombahton—with hip-hop and experimental electronic sounds, he’s emerged as a fresh and boundary-defying voice in dance music.
His breakout came via remixes and tracks on high-profile labels like Mad Decent, Fool’s Gold, Insomniac Records, SMOG, and Monstercat—the latter featuring his take on Gammer’s “The Drop” in 2018. JSTJR’s originals, including “Stop Me” and his bootleg of Kendrick Lamar’s “M.A.A.D. City,” received praise from genre legends Skrillex, Diplo, Dillon Francis, and GTA.
Beyond producing, he’s a vibrant live performer, lighting up festivals and clubs worldwide—EDC Las Vegas among them—and is the creative force behind “Group Chat,” a monthly LA rave series and record label through Insomniac that has grown into a global brand.
An energetic online persona dubbed “Rave Daddy,” JSTJR connects with fans across social platforms, sharing viral videos and fostering a community-driven vibe. With a hybrid, genre-fluid style and infectious stage presence, JSTJR continues to push global bass into rave culture’s future, asserting himself as a key architect of modern dance music.
Beauz: The Hard-Techno Brothers Taking Over Global Raves
Beauz (pronounced “bowz”) is the dynamic LA-based DJ and production duo of brothers Bernie and Johan Yang. Of Taiwanese and Chinese-Indonesian descent, they’ve emerged as a hard-techno powerhouse, blending global rhythms with peak-time intensity.
Their 2019 single “Count the Hours” exploded across China, topping charts and fueling a 16-city tour—ushering them into DJ Mag’s Top 100 for the first time at #55 in 2021. In 2023, they climbed even higher, ranking #53 on DJ Mag’s list and winning E‑Pop Unity on Chinese TV—cementing their international influence.
2024 saw BEAUZ dominating festival mainstages in North America and Asia, amassing over 600K followers across Instagram and TikTok, and racking up more than 2 million YouTube views on their hard-techno sets. Viral remixes like “My Humps” and “Bel Mercy” are now staples in sets by Ben Nicky and Subtronics, and their self-released track “Lick It” soared to become their most-streamed effort on Spotify.
Known for their motto “Baddie Up,” BEAUZ aligns community and positivity with pounding beats. With nearly a decade of production experience, powerful international remixes, and a truly global presence, Beauz are redefining hard-techno and staking their claim as leaders in modern dance culture.
