Luciid: Ireland’s Hard Techno Powerhouse
Luciid, the stage name of Northern Irish DJ and producer Luke Pollock, has established himself as one of the most exciting names in the global hard techno movement. Hailing from Monaghan, Ireland, Pollock began producing music in 2012 before developing the Luciid alias in 2018. His sound is defined by colossal buildups, distorted kicks, intense synths, and relentless energy, while his more recent work explores schranz, acid, ambient, and experimental techno.
Luciid’s breakthrough came with “Paro Hour,” which became a defining hard-techno anthem and helped propel him onto the international stage. Other notable tracks include “Hardcore Happiness,” “D.O.L.L.A,” “Menace,” “Dark Core,” “Fxck,” and “Feel The Darkness,” his collaboration with Per Pleks. “Menace” became his first Beatport Top 10 track, while “AGNY” reached No. 1 on Beatport’s Hard Techno chart. “Paro Hour” has also surpassed two million Spotify streams.
Among his major accolades are repeated Beatport Top 10 successes, chart-topping releases, and performances at major events including Verknipt, Life Festival, Electric Picnic, and venues across Europe. His music has received support from leading artists such as Nico Moreno, Amelie Lens, Kobosil, 999999999, Charlotte de Witte, Sara Landry, and Reinier Zonneveld.
Luciid also founded Agony, a label dedicated to forward-thinking, uncompromising electronic music. With his evolving sound and growing international reputation, he continues to push the boundaries of hard techno and schranz.
Callush: Berlin’s Rebellious Force in Hard Techno
Callush, the stage name of Berlin-based DJ and producer Carolina Z., has emerged as a compelling force in the international hard-techno scene. A passionate raver before becoming an artist, she taught herself to DJ and began performing in 2019 before moving into production.
Her sound draws from industrial techno, EBM, trance, and harder electronic styles, creating intense, genre-defying sets built around dark textures, driving rhythms, and powerful energy.
Callush has developed an impressive catalog featuring tracks such as “Aggressive Tenderness,” “Tameless,” “I Don’t Care,” “Your Eyes,” “Gift,” and “Delicious.” Her collaborations with Teletech, including “Never Fade,” “No Fingerprints,” and “She Needs Fun,” have become notable entries in her growing discography. Her 2026 single “Delicious,” released on Hekate, appeared on Beatport’s Best New Hard Dance and Hard Dance Shortlist charts.
Rather than traditional mainstream awards, Callush’s recognition has come through strong Beatport chart placements, prominent festival bookings, and growing support within the techno community. She has performed at major European events and venues, while her music has appeared on labels including Hekate, Teletech, Raw, and Deestricted.
Callush also founded Riot Tapes, a label and event platform created to showcase her musical vision and like-minded artists. With her rebellious approach and constantly evolving sound, she continues to establish herself as one of the exciting names in contemporary hard techno.
