Walker & Royce are a New York–based DJ and production duo known for their sharp, groove-driven take on tech house. Comprised of Sam Walker and Gavin Royce, the pair rose to prominence through a steady run of club-focused releases that blend funky basslines, witty vocal hooks, and polished production. They broke through with standout tracks such as “Take Me to Your Leader,” “Word,” “Role Models,” and “My Own Thang,” which became staples in underground and festival sets alike.

Their music has been released on respected labels including Dirtybird, Relief, Insomniac Records, and Defected, earning consistent support from tastemakers across the house and techno spectrum. In 2022, Walker & Royce released their debut album Self Help, praised for its personality, humor, and ability to balance club energy with crossover appeal.

The duo’s influence has been recognized with Grammy consideration for their production work and repeated recognition as leaders in the American tech house movement.
