Terms & Conditions Label Party with Tom & Collins, Melé & Noya @ Academy LA (21+)
Let’s meetup for Tom & Collins, MelĂ©, & Noya!
Tom & Collins: Mexico City’s House-Music Vanguard
Tom & Collins (Juan Pablo Escudero & Jorge Corral) are a duo from Mexico City whose energetic fusion of deep-house, tech-house and Latin-inflected rhythms has earned them global recognition. They first gained significant attention in 2014 when they won the Miller SoundClash DJ competition — a breakthrough that helped propel them internationally.
Over the years, Tom & Collins have delivered a slew of dance-floor hits and standout releases. Tracks such as “Sola”, “Obsessed”, “Bad Tattoo”, and their cover of “Don’t Dream It’s Over” (ft. Japh) marked their major 2019-era output. More recently, their collaboration “Ando High” with AMÉMÉ on Insomniac Records offered a vibrant blend of Latin and Afro-house elements—further widening their sonic footprint.
Their accolades include consistently ranking within the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll (No. 84 in 2019, No. 77 in 2020) — a milestone given they hail from Mexico, a country with fewer internationally visible house acts. They also launched their own imprint, Terms & Conditions Records, which underscores their commitment to elevating Latin and global talent.
With festival sets at Tomorrowland, Ushuaïa Ibiza and beyond, Tom & Collins continue bridging culture and dance-music energy — representing Mexico on the world-stage with style and substance.
Melé: Tribal Groove Architect
Melé (born Krissy Peers in the Wirral, England) is a British DJ and producer celebrated for his energetic fusion of Latin, African and UK-influenced house music. He began DJing at the age of 13 and quickly developed a style characterized by percussive drive, soulful chords and dancefloor momentum.
His breakout track, “Ambience” (2015), became a modern club anthem and helped cement his reputation as a vital new voice in house music. He followed this with popular releases such as “Pasilda”, “Talkin’ Drums”, and “Make Me Believe”, each showcasing his ability to blend tribal rhythms with house grooves. In 2018, Melé stepped up to mix the prestigious compilation Defected Presents: Melé In The House, a signal of his rising status in the global house scene.
Backed by endorsements from tastemakers like Annie Mac, Pete Tong and Disclosure, Melé has played major festivals including Tomorrowland, Electric Daisy Carnival and venues such as Printworks and DC10.
MelĂ©’s influence is evident in streaming numbers, remixes and his creation of the “Club Bad” brand—an outlet for his party series and imprint. MelĂ© continues to ride his signature high-octane tribal grooves, making waves as one of house music’s most exciting producers.
