Daniel Griffith (born September 29, 1987), known professionally as Gryffin, is a San Francisco‑born, USC‑educated musician, DJ, and producer celebrated for weaving a rich tapestry of piano, guitar, and electronic elements into his music. He first rose to prominence in 2014 with remixes of major hits—Tove Lo’s “Talking Body,” Maroon 5’s “Animals,” and Years & Years’ “Desire”—showcasing his ability to reinvent pop tracks with emotional depth.
His 2016 original single “Heading Home” (feat. Josef Salvat) topped Spotify’s US and Global Viral charts and reached No. 22 on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs.
