OhGeesy: West Coast Swagger with Global Appeal
OhGeesy, born Alejandro Coranza, is a Los Angeles-based rapper who made his mark as a founding member of the hip-hop group Shoreline Mafia before stepping into the spotlight as a solo artist. Known for his slick flow, charismatic energy, and unapologetic West Coast style, OhGeesy has become a prominent voice in modern rap, blending street-savvy lyricism with infectious beats.
After Shoreline Mafia’s meteoric rise with hits like “Musty” and “Nun Major,” OhGeesy launched his solo career with the 2021 debut album Geezyworld, featuring standout tracks like “Big Bad Wolf” and “Get Fly” with DaBaby. The album showcased his versatility and ear for bouncy, club-ready anthems while retaining the gritty authenticity that fans fell in love with. His follow-up project Geezyworld 2, released in 2023, further solidified his status with tracks like “GEEKALEEK” and collaborations with artists like Bino Rideaux and Tyga.
